Booking Terms and Conditions ( t+c ) :

The Remainder Amount For Your Booking is to be Paid on the Day of Your Booking

Please read the booking terms and conditions as we all want the best event ever and if you have any questions regarding
the t+c please contact The Amazing Bubble Show.
Booking The Amazing Bubble Show means you have fully understood and agree with the booking terms and conditions,
if you disagree with the t+c please refrain from booking The Amazing Bubble Show

The Booking Deposit is Non Refundable:
If the booking is Cancelled  or Postponed unfortunately the party booking deposit is non refundable ,
If the booking is cancelled/ postponed within 28 Days of the booked Event /Party the deposit can not be transferred onto another date or bookie

Payment on Cancellation/Change of date:

Cancellation/change of date by the hirer more than 30 days before the performance date: 25% of the full performance fee payable to The Amazing Bubble Show
Cancellation/ change of date by the hirer 14-30 days before the performance date: 50% of the full performance fee payable to The Amazing Bubble Show
Cancellation/change of date by the hirer 2-14 days before the performance date: 75% of the full performance fee payable to The Amazing Bubble Show
Cancellation/change of date by the hirer within 24 hours of the performance date: 100% of the full performance fee payable to The Amazing Bubble Show

:Entertainment that is not booked as a private booking ( as an example :birthday parties, christenings ) but booked to supply entertainment ( as an example : companies, fetes, pubs, working mens clubs, festivals, shopping centers, schools, organisations, charities etc ) ,with or without a booking deposit is liable for the full agreed upon event booking fee if cancelled or postponed within 28 days of the booked event and can not be transferred onto another date or bookie
Bookings for Easter / Christmas/ Halloween/ Valentines/ New Years Eve and New Years Day events/parties which are cancelled /postponed within 84 days of the booked event/ party date are liable for the full agreed upon booking fee. The booking fee must be paid to The Amazing Bubble Show within 14 Days

Non Paying Bookies
In The event The Amazing Bubble Show has to resort to court action or apply for court action to retrieve unpaid fees the bookie is liable for the unpaid fee, a late payment fee equal to the unpaid fee and any court or legal fees, booking The Amazing Bubble Show means you fully understand and agree to this.

The event/ party needs to be booked at least an hour before the party and a half an hour after the party to allow for The Amazing Bubble Show to setup and pack up, so we both have time to get ready for your entertainment as we all want a great time.

Any Parking Fines will be reimbursed by the bookie if The Amazing Bubble Show incur a parking fine if the place parked is recommended and
stated by the bookie that no parking ticket / fine will be issued.

Whilst The Amazing Bubble Show visibly risk assess all the activities at the event and make them as safe as possible The Amzing Bubble Show Accept No Liability for loss, injury or damage sustained whilst The Amazing Bubble Show is present and not present and reiterate that the children are the sole responsibility of the parents/ carers and not of  The Amazing Bubble Show, and the bookie is liable for any cost to replace or repair equipment, props or any item belonging to The Amazing Bubble Show damaged by any persons at the event . Please note that a bubble and foam/snow machine can be used at all parties, if you dont want these two machines to be used it is your responsibility to inform The Amazing Bubble Show as whilst The Amazing Bubble Show risk assess all the activities at the event and make them as safe as possible The Amazing Bubble Show Accept No Liability for loss, injury or damage sustained to any persons or any property

Please note : the bubble/snow/foam entertainment area due to the fact of using bubble/foam solution can / will get slippery and as a condition of booking it is accepted and acknowledged that it is the responsibility of the bookie to make all aware of this slip hazard and ask for the entertain to stop if they attain it is becoming a risk.

Should the worst and unspeakable ever happen that The Amazing Bubble Show is prevented from performing
due to unforeseen circumstances, The Amazing Bubble Show  will only be liable for the deposit paid and no other monies.

On request As From 30/04/2018 a Consent Form can be Presented to the
Bookie to Sign to allow The Amazing Bubble Show to use photos/videos taken at the event for promotion purposes
